We are seeking a Coordinator, Prosper Infusion Nurse Staffing to join our Nursing Services team at Prosper Infusion. In this role, you will design and manage staffing patterns to ensure appropriate coverage for both professional and non-professional nursing staff. This position is key in balancing employee needs with the facility’s commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

High school degree, college preferred
Strong skills in Excel and Word
Experience with scheduling nurses
Knowledge of home health or nursing required
Ability to balance staffing requirements with sensitivity to employee needs

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain staffing patterns and schedules for nursing staff
Partner with HR regarding staffing needs, terminations, and related updates
Interpret and communicate HR policies to staff; coordinate in-service training with DON
Adjust staffing schedules for call-offs, absences, and leaves
Track and maintain accurate records of PTO, sick time, holidays, and attendance
Recommend corrective action as needed to ensure staffing compliance
